Mr. Harrison graduated in 1977 Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Western Michigan University. After graduating Mr. Harrison spent 5-years as a Certified Public Accountant with Price Waterhouse.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Harrison was a Managing Director of Kendall Capital Partners, L.P. a Wall Street based, private investment baking firm that specialized in lease and project financings. Prior to his time at Kendall Capital, Mr. Harrison was a Vice President and Manager in the U.S. Capital Equipment Group of U.S. Leasing, a subsidiary of Ford Motor Company. While with Ford, he was the head of a group responsible for finding, evaluating, structuring and executing the company’s leveraged lease investments including equipment, facilities, and real estate assets. During his tenure at Ford, Mr. Harrison closed in excess of $2.0 billion of investments.

Since 1992, through Harrison Capital Corporation ("HCC"), a strategic partner of T&E Capital, he has provided private investment banking and specialized advisory services to companies seeking secured-asset financing, leasing and project financing.

Mr. Harrison is also a co-founder, Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Michigan Heritage Bank. ("MHB"), a regional publicly traded bank.

Mr. Harrison has more than 25-years of asset-based lending and lease finance experience. He has financed a broad range of assets in a wide variety of industries involving leveraged leases, partnership structure, debt financings and principal transactions. He has completed over $4.0 billion of such financings. Of late, Mr. Harrison has structured and arranged numerous transactions including:
